A friend said to me that they thought I'd give up when they heard how restrictive the challenge is! But I made a commitment to myself and a goal and I keep them! This is such a learning process. I'm eating foods that I haven't eaten before, cooking new food, enjoying new tastes and it's HEALTHY! I'm feeling vibrant! I'm treating myself to food that I always said was tooooo expensive, mainly fish like scallops, shrimp, lobster! I feel like I'm eating like a QUEEN! I'm rocking the Whole30 Challenge and loving it. My body feels happier and more in tune! Giddyup!
I spent time food prepping over the weekend and now I'm enjoying the fruits of my labor! Loving the seasoned, roasted cauliflower! YUM!
