I have made it this far, I'm prepping and cooking and sticking with it! I went to Starbucks yesterday and that was a challenge! I ordered a Passion Tango Iced Tea Unsweetened and it was pretty good! There are choices even in difficult situations! I am feeling better and healthier and seem to be thinking clearer. The biggest change is that my sugar cravings have decreased! What a shocker! I'm a sugaraholic and a chocoholic!
