I have to agree with the Whole30 Day Challenge that giving up certain foods is NOT hard! It can be a challenge, but we can do it! I have survived hard things like divorce, being sexually harassed and bullied at work, losing loved ones to death, being robbed, being betrayed by friends, not knowing my father. These things are hard, No cream in my coffee IS a challenge, but I'm doing it!
I'm finding out that you really do have to prep and plan or you will go hungry. There isn't junk you can grab anytime you are in a hurry! Last night at 9:30pm, I was baking cod for food for today. This weekend will be nice to get prepped for next weekend.
I was hungry for the first time yesterday because I didn't plan out lunch. I ended stopping by the Bluebird Cafe and has a lettuce wrap with some veggies and egg. For some reason, I didn't feel full and was hungry in the afternoon, my co-worker rescued me with some nuts to snack on!
A few of my co-workers have been really supportive and I appreciate that.
Tonight will be a challenge, Birthday outing and not drinking!!!
