The strange thing is that I haven't felt hungry yet. We'll see how it goes, but I am a fighter and determined to do this.
I ate something interesting for dinner last night. I'm finding a lot of recipes on Pinterest. So I used this recipe, I didn't have all of the ingredients: I subsituted blackberried for the blueberries and raspberries.
I used a little almond butter, It was good! I didn't have chia seeds, will have to pick some up.
I'm tracking my food on an app called My Fitness Pal - it wasn't happy!!! It said that there was too much fat and too much natural sugar! I can't eat any kind of sugar that is man made.
