My first goal is to get through day 1 - that's it, I'm half way there.
I'm not a good example of how to start this challenge. I did go out and buy fruits and vegetables and fish, I'm a pescatarian, mostly vegetarian. I haven't read the book or made any of the recipes. I'm going to learn as I go!

My first big challenge happens on the first day! Eating out at a restaurant with friends!!! I had steamed fish and vegetables and it was good! Thank you to the chef at Mandarin Garden for being so accommodating! Yummmmm!
