Brothers Osborne Drop “Shoot Me Straight” Video
The duo makes a video about not making a video
Brothers Osborne just dropped a hilarious video for their latest single “Shoot Me Straight,” and reveal that they had a hard time coming up with a concept for the clip.
“This idea genuinely spawned out of us not being able to come to agreement on what we wanted the video to be about,” TJ shares, with John adding, “After weeks of back and forth emails, conference calls, treatment pitches, etc., we came to the conclusion that we needed to make a video about, well, not making a video. It turned out to be so damn fun.”
The clip has the duo rejecting one bad idea after another including videos with scantily clad women dancing in a corn field, and even a Space Force idea, which has them bursting into laughter. The directors don’t take no for an answer, which results in some ridiculous shenanigans. Oh, and Dierks Bentley actually makes a cameo in the clip too.
