Brett Young just dropped the video for his latest single “Mercy,” which has him looking back at the good times he had with a former flame.
The clip was shot at White Sands National Monument in New Mexico, which Brett describes as “very ethereal and kind of dreamlike,” adding that the location, “tells a lot of the story itself.”
Brett says that the video seems to show a relationship, “where it’s seemingly good all the time,” but notes, “everybody who’s been in one of those knows, behind the scenes it’s not all the time.
