It's Day 4 and I realize that there is a lot to learn about preparing Vegan Meals! I've mastered the protein smoothie, I love it. I've been getting a lot of advice from listeners and I appreciate it! I'm going to try a recipe with Chick peas this weekend. I need to stock up on more items, I think it helps to do food prep on the weekend, so that is what I'm going to do. I had almond milk like yogurt and fruit this morning. I stopped by Scooters and got a Vertigo with peach and mango and protein powder for lunch. I've been so busy that I haven't done a lot of cooking yet. Oddly enough, I haven't felt hungry or am missing anything yet......Let's go!
