Day 3 - Vegan 30 Day Challenge

The key word here is challenge! I am learning as I go as I don't have a clue to what a Vegan should eat, except no animal products. Today I started out with Quinoa with fruit. I learned that it has a lot of protien. For lunch I had a vanilla protein smoothie with almond milk, banana and strawberries, avocado, greens, hemp, chia and flax seeds. My friends gave me a few tips. So far, all is going well. Interestingly, I've felt full so far too. I did have some sunflower seeds for snacking too. I asked my friend Tiffany where do Vegans get protein and she sent me this. Also, it's seems to be harder to be Vegan in the winter because fruit costs so much more and you can't get everything that you want to.
