A couple of girlfriends challenged me to go VEGAN for 30 days! I've never thought about it and I definitely don't know a lot about doing it.....BUT! I took the challenge! This is DAY 2. I've checked for some recipes on Pinterest and I've watched a few YouTube Videos so far. I went grocery shopping and so far, I think it is more expensive to eat Vegan!!! Geez, vegan mayonnaise is like $6! I've bought items to make smoothies. This morning I had and apple and almond milk yogurt (no dairy - it was kind of like jello) not that great but not to awful. I did cauliflower pizza for lunch. Yesterday I did veggie sushi which was quite good and a black bean burger, which was awesome. So here goes....send your advice if you are a practicing vegan!
