A Chinese influencer spent over $560-thousand on injections to create fake eight-pack abs instead of developing them naturally. Andy Hao Tienan, a fashion and beauty content creator, recently revealed that 20-percent of his body now contains hyaluronic acid. He paid to have 40 doses of the acid injected into his shoulders, collarbones, chest, and abdomen. Hao says he has already completed 40-percent of his goal to reach 10,000 hyaluronic acid injections total. He claims his fake abs look natural and haven't merged together, and he plans to apply for a Guinness World Record if they last three years. The influencer even says he'll live-stream himself cracking walnuts on his abs to prove their durability. However, medical experts warn the injections could cause serious problems like bone erosion, blood vessel damage, weakening of natural muscles, and that the acid could shift or clump. His fake eight-pack is believed to be the first of its kind in China.
