In case you missed it...

Amy Grant, Carrie Underwood, and the Grand Ole Opry are teaming up to help fight and promote awareness for breast cancer. It's part of the “Opry Goes Pink” event, which is going into its 17th year when Grant flips the switch to turn the venue pink on October 25th. Underwood will make an appearance as a performer that evening. Five dollars from every ticket sold will be donated to Susan G. Komen to aid in the fight against breast cancer.

Jelly Roll's concern for people who are struggling with the same demons he's struggled with is more than just lip service. We told you last year how proud the singer was to purchase his own plot of land outside of Nashville. He's got more on his mind than just using it for a living space for his family and his animals. In his most recent vlog, Jelly revealed his big plans. As he's showing some friends around, he says, "I’m going to develop like a 100-acre rehabilitation campus, for free. Where like, imagine drug addicts like you and like us, poor kids...And now think about the resources that we have, that could have helped us so much in those moments." Then he gets into details: "You’ll have a traditional 28-day, 12-step style, but then we’ll have intensive programs as well for therapy and mental health…" Not just talking the talk, but walking the walk. See Jelly explain his big plans (CAREFUL! NSFW LANGUAGE!) here.
