In case you missed it...

Every year for the past 19 years, Tracy Lawrence has put on a concert and a charity turkey fry that gets bigger and bigger. Tracy and his friends took to the Nashville Fairgrounds late last week for his 19th annual "Mission:Possible Turkey Fry," an event benefiting the Nashville Rescue Mission that has served nearly 100-thousand meals to the homeless community in Middle Tennessee over the years. The event, by Tracy's estimation, would fry around 1,600 turkeys, with another 1,500 donated to various organizations in the area to cook for themselves and serve to the community. And as for the concert part of the event, Tracy hosted the event at Luke Combs’ Nashville bar, Category 10, with performances by Meghan PatrickRussell DickersonHalfway to Hazard and John SchneiderSee Tracy talking about the turkey fry below...

Tim McGraw is known for his iconic black cowboy hat; he's almost never seen without it. But did you ever wonder "why the hat, Tim?" According to the singer, it's all about insecurity. He told "People" a while back, “Of course the cowboy hat is who I am in my music, but I’ve never been real comfortable with the way I looked without a hat. I have what I call a ‘fivehead.’ I don’t have a forehead, I have a ‘fivehead.’ I always felt I had a really big head." Add a receding hairline and Tim decided the cowboy hat was the way to go. However, TIm says he's starting to go without it more. "That’s one of those things about getting older; you get more comfortable with yourself." Thus his hatless appearance with wife Faith Hill at the "Beatles '64" recently. Looking good, Tim!
