TikTok commenters said Miranda Lambert had the “best clap back” to her “cheeky” wardrobe mishap during a recent performance on Morgan Wallen’s headlining tour.
Lambert’s short denim miniskirt bared more than concertgoers expected when she took the stage on July 25 at Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington. Commenters called the country star “cheeky,” and some wondered whether she was aware of the wardrobe mishap when a TikToker showed how the singer-songwriter “got up close and personal with us in the pit.” Though it’s unclear whether Lambert noticed it during her performance, she appeared to address the viral moment on Tuesday evening (July 29).
“I’ve been warning y’all about my backyard swagger since 2014 😘,” Lambert wrote in her caption on TikTok when she shared a 12-second clip of herself walking away from the Lumen Field stage. She set the clip to “Little Red Wagon,” and spotlighted the lyric: “It ain’t my fault when I’m walkin’ jaws droppig’ like ooooo ahhhh.”
Lambert’s TikTok followers reacted: “Best clap back!,” “The clap back we all needed! Cheeky as always 😌💞👏✨,” “my girl so cheeky!🤭🫶,” “Best clap back ever. What yall doing looking 😂😂😂💕💕,” “Miranda is the queen of sass! 👏👏👏” and more.
