Country music's biggest night is about to get a fresh face at the podium. Veterans Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning will be joined by Lainey Wilson for this year's CMA Awards hosting duties. The CMA Awards air live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on November 20th on ABC.
Luke Combs has deep, lifelong ties to Western North Carolina. Born in Huntersville, North Carolina and with plenty of family and friends in the area and Western North Carolina, the recent devastation caused by Hurricane Helene has affected the singer deeply. In response, Luke is planning on offering up more than just thoughts and prayers. On X over the weekend, Luke posted his intentions to help out those hit the hardest. "Absolutely heartbroken for everyone impacted by Hurricane Helene. Especially my folks in Western North Carolina. Me and my team have been making some calls and I think we’ve got something really special lined up to help the Carolinas as much as we can. More details to come ASAP."
