Florida Georgia Line is coming to a speaker near you with brand-new music.
Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley have announced “Dirt,” the first single from their sophomore album, will drop on July 8 at 6 a.m. EST.
The country duo tells the Montgomery Advertiser the song is “good life” ballad with a nostalgic feel.
“It’s pretty similar,” Tyler adds of the album No. 2’s sound. “I think it’s evolved a bit. I think we’re trying to step up the game, but it has the same Florida Georgia Line sound.”
With the release of “Dirt,” the boys of FGL continue a trend of getting dirty – so to speak.
They once covered Jason Aldean’s “Dirt Road Anthem,” went on Luke Bryan’s Dirt Road Diaries Tour and even opened up the 2014 CMT Music Awards with “Talk Dirty to Me” alongside pop star Jason Derulo.
Keep your ear on Cody to hear “Dirt” when it drops July 8.
